The trails entrances are near the parking area and are pretty easy to find. There are people who walk some of the trails, but there are smaller singletrack trails that run off at certain areas that lead back towards the camp grounds. back in the campground area you will find a gazeebo area called lions gate and a trail that starts off with stairs but turns into a steep singletrack climb, once you reach the ridge the track splits and turns into real ruff terrain( which I think is a hiking trail) but we road it anyway. There are some fast downhills, but be cautious, you may encounter some trees that have fallen. I enjoy it and have ridden it often. It is a great place to enjoy nature and escape the world for awhile.
Off of interstate 81 S. take exit 7 ( if you are comming north, make a left at light, then a right at the next light) and at traffic light make a right. At the following traffic light make another right onto Lee Hwy and the park entrance will be about a 1/4 mile on left. You can follow the road to the back of the park for additional parking and easier access to the trails.
